We were lucky enough to see several kinds of sharks and rays on our visit.
Above is the Yellow Stingray, Urolophus jamaicensis. As with other stingrays the tail has a venemous spine near the tip.
To the right is a Lesser Electric Ray, Narcina bancroftii. In this species a modified muscle mass is capable of producing an electrical discharge. While strong enough to stun the small creatures the it feeds on, a human would feel only a mild shock.
